Summer vacation is already here. wee :20: . Our school year 2009-2010 has just ended yesterday (March 22, 2010). I was so happy now. Im now stress free. Thank you for all the concerns in my previous post. Now that the summer is here, we must be productive. All of the things should have limit. Like for example, in one day you shouldn’t open your computer for almost 8-10 hours just to blog. I myself always do that and I realize that I have no satisfaction at all because I always face the screen for more than 5 hours. That was too much. I’ll make sure that i’ll be productive this summer. I am not requiring you to have planner. It’s up to you but me I already have my planner. My dad thought me how to use planner when I was still in fifth grade. I didnt use my planners because for me it’s just a NONSENSE stuff but then I just realized it now as in now. haha. I want to value my time. Look, I’ll be turning in college now and I need to prioritized the things that needs to be prioritized.

Having an outing will also do.Based on what I researched. “Vacation has recently become a topic of interest in health research as both beneficial and adverse health effects have been documented. The present study was aimed at identifying vacation characteristics predicting health-related vacation outcome. Methods: One hundred ninety-one predominantly white-collar employees (109 female, 82 males; mean age 37.8 yr, range 16-62 yr) received a questionnaire in the week after vacation assessing subject characteristics, physical vacation characteristics, the individual structuring of the day, health and social behavior, and stress during vacation as well as the perceived change of recuperation and exhaustion from before to after a vacation. Regression analysis was used to identify variables predicting vacation outcome. Results:Twenty-seven percent of the variance of the change of recuperation and 15% of the change of exhaustion could be explained. Recuperation was facilitated by free time for one’s self, warmer (and sunnier) vacation locations, exercise during vacation, good sleep, and making new acquaintances, especially among vacationers reporting higher levels of prevacation work strain. Exhaustion was increased by vacation-related health problems and a greater time-zone difference to home, and was reduced by warmer vacation locations. Conclusion: Health-related vacation outcome is significantly affected by the way an individual organizes his or her vacation.”

Third:

Reading books and magazines will make you help to be productive. My mom always convince to read books and magazines but I cant read any more I got lazy. Im now trying to read books especially now that I need to be familiar with some unfamiliar words. “Reading skills are essential to success in society today. The ability to read is highly valued and very important for social and economic advancement. The following paragraphs will try to explain some of the important effects that reading books will have in a person’s life. In America today, most children are beginning or trying to talk around the age of two years. This is a time when language skills are just starting to develop. Even though it usually too early of an age to expect a child to read, there is no reason why the parent cannot start the reading process by reading aloud to them. Instilling reading into a child’s life can prove to be one of the most valuable skills that they will ever learn. As a result from reading books, the child will be more likely to read and speak in front of people. This is a very marketable skill to have in the workforce and for school. One of the effects that reading has on a person, is the ability to understand more terms or words, over a period of time. This is commonly 1 referred to as comprehension. Reading can be a challenge but is one that must be met accordingly in order to succeed. Children who are successful readers tend to exhibit progressive social skills.”

First:

If you’re bored enough, why dont you go bike outside together with your friends. Before I was hooked up with blogging or should I say addicted to blogging I always give time for my big toy (BIKE) but now I lost it. My bike was rusted that I already need to buy one :24: . I searched Mr Google on what are the good effects of biking. I found out that those people who cycle regularly live longer than those who do not. The risk of mortality decreases by around forty percent for those people who cycle for around three hours every week. Isn’t great? :D This summer I’ll buy a mountain bike. I miss cling already :D

Second:

I would like to thank Mr Google for the search engine tool. Deviant art for the oh-so-fabulous pictures.

Well, I love reading. I tend to read so so many books (I even have list of the books waiting for me), and when I read it on my bed, I tend to fall asleep with the book on top of me.. is that even productive? Lols. :6:
As for magazines, the magazines I read are always games magazines. :10: My mom will always go "what do you wanna be always reading that kind of magazine?" lol.

Ah planners.. I never make plans. I just do whatever I wanna do. Maybe that's why sometimes my schedules are screw ups. :45:

    Stress free? How fortunate.
Next week I have school. I only have a week holiday due to after common tests.. huff.. my school's so lame.. :47:

I'm not really fond of reading books, I just read books whenever I feel to, or whenever I'm interested to the story of a certain book. I read magazines too.

before I love biking but now, ugh, I don't know. Since I turned 11, I lost my interest in biking.
